A deep dive into the world of navigating social media, its trends and algorithm. Looking at how to work with brand guidelines, rather than against them, including when and how to participate in social media trends.

A key focus will be on the challenges and rewards presented with stakeholder management across multiple departments within an attraction, and how to effectively ensure that each feel represented on social media, while remaining sympathetic to brand guidelines and key messages.

There will also be a focus on different techniques for developing a comprehensive content calendar, such as content army sessions.
