Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions (Conference Terms) form a legal agreement between you (“Delegate” or “you”) and We are STQ Limited (Skip the Queue) as the organiser of the National Attractions Marketing Conference 2026.

Skip the Queue organises in-person and online conferences (Conferences), and produces online articles, blogs, podcasts, video  and other content (Content) partly based on talks, seminars and interaction that happen at our conferences.

We may record any of our conferences in person and online (Conference Recordings).

Skip the Queue shall own and retain all right, title, Intellectual Property Rights and interest in and to all the Content and Conference Recordings, irrespective of the means by which it is contributed. You assign to us all rights you may have in all Content, including all Intellectual Property Rights in it. You acknowledge that you won’t retain any moral rights (the rights of integrity and attribution) in Content.

Skip the Queue will process any personal information you provide in line with our Privacy Notice.

Skip the Queue may share Content and Recordings with our sponsors and partners.

This agreement is intended to contain your entire agreement with us relating to the Conference.

This Agreement (and any non-contractual obligations relating to or connected with this Agreement) is governed by English law. You and we each agree that the English courts have the jurisdiction for any disputes that arise in connection with this Agreement.


Privacy Notice

1. Who we are

Skip the Queue (“we”, “us”, “our”) is responsible for collecting and using your personal data in connection with the National Attraction Marketing Conference. We act as the data controller under the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.

2. What data we collect

We collect only basic contact details, including:

  • Name
  • Job title
  • Organisation name
  • Email address

We do not collect any special category personal data.

3. How we use your data

We use your contact details solely to:

  • Register your participation in the conference
  • Communicate with you about the conference and other activities we undertake that we think are relevant to you
  • Provide you with relevant material
  • Respond to any queries you submit

We will not use your contact details for unrelated purposes.

4. Legal basis for processing

We process your contact details on the basis of Consent or Legitimate Interest to:

  • Administer the conference
  • Communicate with delegates and people that may be interested in sponsoring or attending the conference

5. Sharing your data

We may:

  • Share your contact details with our Sponsors for marketing purposes
  • Only share data with service providers (e.g. survey or email platforms) where necessary to run the survey

All third parties are required to protect your data in line with UK GDPR.

6. International transfers

Some service providers may process data outside the UK. Where this happens, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place (such as standard contractual clauses).

7. Data retention

We will retain your contact details for 2 years. We will then securely delete your personal data when it is no longer needed.

8. Your rights

You have the right to:

  • Access your personal data
  • Request correction of inaccurate data
  • Request deletion of your data
  • Object to or restrict processing

9. Data security

We take appropriate measures to protect your contact details, including restricting access to authorised personnel and using secure systems.
