I set up a WhatsApp channel for one of our venues (campsite and water park) and it has been very successful. We used it for sending campers exclusive discount codes for onsite activities. It’s all GDPR friendly as it’s a channel and not a group. We generated 30k in sales in the first year of use. Campers loved it as we also used it for lost items and shop items on sale etc, weather updates and more.
